Luciana Yamada

One word describes her the best way - multifunctional! She is fitness instructor, group trainings instrunctor and Aikido instructor. Before she came to Bulgaria she had prepared 12-years in Aikido central in Tokio. Luciana starts teaching at 2006. Since 2013 she is fitness instructor and in 2014 she took a certificate from Fitness Academy Bulgaria. Her wide experience leads to precious technique for teching diffrent functional trainings.

This is what Luciana told us about herself:

What is most important for you to give to your clients?

✅ I've always been very active person and I truly believe in the benefits from sport for healthy life. My approach to the trainings is to reflect my ideas about health - physical and mental. I want my clients to listen to thei bodies and to learn how to work with them until they get a perfect, healthy body.

Describe yourself.

✅ I am calm, but active person, who really enjoys the small things in life. I love summer, to be outdoors, fresh air, clean food and water.

What is your way of relaxing?

✅ The perfect weekend is a holiday at a quiet place, close to the sea (if possible). When I'm indoors I prefer meditation, watching movies and reading books about health and lifestyle.

What is the thing you can't live without?

✅ I can't live without movement and hobby, which  keeps my interest and focus.

❓ Who do you admire?

✅ I deeply respect everyone, who don't quit trying, no matter what it costs them to ger to the final goal.

Irina Stamenova

Irina is not the typical fitness intructor! You will notice immediately the gentle and proffesional way she treats every single client. Her specialy are trainings for shaping beautiful thighs, hips, glutes... for which speak hundreds of satisfied clients in USA, who bought her programme "My Perfect Butt 1.0". Irina is also an expert in preparing diets and fat burning programmes. In 2013 Irina started her professional career in fitness and healthy lifestyle area and the years and experience give her the motivation not to stop learning the newest trends in this field. She can always surprise you with different, interesting and effective workouts.

Ivan Zapryanov

Ivan graduates from the Sports school, Weight specialty. He compeeted professionaly for 10 years and he became state champion several times. He works as fitness instructor for 7 years now.

❓ What attracted you in this job?
☑️ The challange to shape the best form of every body, the adrenaline, and the gratitude in clients' eyes. For me working as fitness instructor is not only a job, but also way of living, because I am lucky to work what I enjoy.
❓ What motivates you to keep going when it is hard to do it?
☑️ I am motivated by the fact that I can make someone, who is used to sit on the computer or who leads sedentary way of life, to go in the gym, to overcome theirselves and bad habits. To start eating healthy and to train. When I am very tired, I look at my clients and see that they rely on me. And I feel responsible for them. Trainings test the character and the will.
❓ What is most important for you to give to your clients?
☑️ I give them my experience by giving myself as an example with my lifestyle and training process. I try to teach them perseverance, healthy diet, belief in their possibilities, not to quit and to give all their hearts, because after several months whtey will feel better than ever, they will see the results and will wonder "How did I live without caring for my health?".
❓ Describe yourself.
☑️ Weightlifting contestant with 10 years competitions and multiple state champion. Person, who spent 16 years of his life in training halls. Devoted to my job. I never - absolutely never - give up. Every injury makes me stronger!
❓ What is your way of relaxing?
☑️ I turn to nature, go to trips with friends, go to cinema. Love driving and eating : ))
❓ What is the thing you can't live without?
☑️ I can not imagine life without workout, without my clients, which bring me satisfaction. I can not live without my friends, without my dog - my best friens, and withiut good quality food,
Who do you admire?
☑️ I admire the paraolympics, who, despite their handicap, never give up. With the strenght of their spirit they achieve many successes in sport, eventhough they don't get much financial health - only an athlete knows the price of a medal!

Veselin Yankov

Vesko is part of our team since summer 2018. His biography consists of 6 years athletics training, and he has been fitness instructor for 6 years now. His specialty is sports pedagogy, which develops the skill to teach his experience and to encourage his clients to achieve good results.

☑️ To make people love sports as much as I do. I wish eveone is in beautiful and good physical shape.

Nikola Sirakov

Nikola is engaged with the gym for 10 years now and in the last 6 years he works hard on the recipe how to be in good shape even if we work in an office and lead sedentary way of life.

☑️ The possibility to help other people have better physical and mental shape, to look and feel good.
❓ What motivates you to keep going when it is hard to do it?
☑️ The difficulties are part of the way to success  and that's why I'm not affraid of them - I look for them. The harder it gets, the closer is the final goal.

☑️ The knowledge that the good physical shape in long term is connected to the fact that we have to change inside - our way of thinking and our habits.
