THE HALL!
CrossS.I.2L.A. is the newest hall in the S.I.2L.A. complex. It is equipped with a variety of bands, free weights, kettlebells, medicine balls, dumbbells, and cubes. A real challenge are the rowing machines, ski trainers and "Air Bike" wheels.
You will of course also work with your own body weight , as well as male and female Olympic barbell bars.
The gym also has a 30-metre track for warm-ups, sprints and running exercises.
There is also a separate section for martial arts enthusiasts. Aikido and Jiu-Jitsu training will be held there.
In CrossS.I.2L.A. you will challenge not only the body, but also the spirit developing the basic physical qualities: strength, endurance, mobility, speed, balance, accuracy, explosiveness. As you get stronger, more durable and athletic, you will explore the limits of your abilities, competing against yourself!
